Mary Louise Dickerson, formerly Mary Louise Greer, was charged by felony information filed in the Mississippi County Circuit Court with the crimes of forging and uttering a check in the amount of $34.34 to a Kroger store in Blytheville, Arkansas. She was found guilty of forgery at a jury trial and was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary. She has appealed to this court and the appeal is submitted on a single brief by the state's attorney general...
