The sole issue here is whether appellee Dean Townsend suffered an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment on July 8, 1968. The Workmen's Compensation Commission found that he did not. The circuit court on appeal found that such injury did occur, aggravating a pre-existing condition. The employer Owosso Furniture Company appeals and for reversal alleges that the Commission's finding is supported by substantial evidence.<...
