Pursuant to Social Security Act § 205(g), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), Clester Pleasant sought judicial review in federal district court of a final order of the Secretary of HEW denying Pleasant's claim for social security disability payments. Both Pleasant and the Secretary moved for summary judgment, and on April 28, 1971, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas granted the Secretary's motion.
