This is a suit by Mrs. Estelle Scott Tannehill against her husband, Theodore L. Tannehill, Jr., for separation from bed and board on the grounds of living separate and apart for one year, for custody of the minor child born of the marriage, and alimony pendente lite for the support of the child.
