This motion to vacate or correct sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 was filed by petitioner, Julian Ferrell Mize, who is presently incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution at Texarkana, Texas, pursuant to a two year sentence imposed upon him by this court in Cause No. CRW67116.
