This action was instituted by Northway Lanes, a co-partnership consisting of Ralph G. Kuris and Bessie Shull, and Marshull, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, as plaintiffs, against the Hackley Union National Bank and Trust Company, a National Banking Association, under the provisions of Sections 85 and 86, Title 12, United States Code.
