Claimants owned a rectangular piece of property on the west side of Delaware Avenue, a six-lane highway in the Town of Tonawanda, north of its intersection with Knoche Road which is only 28 feet wide. It contained 54,763 square feet and had 195 feet of frontage on Delaware Avenue and at its southwest corner...
