Plaintiff-appellant, Alcide J. Weysham, instituted this proceeding against defendants-appellees, Joseph S. Lodato and Salvadore A. Lodato, seeking to recover $10,500.00, the amount alleged to be due and owing to him as his fee as attorney for the Succession of Domenico Lodato, together with legal interest and all costs. Defendants-appellees answered plaintiff's suit, stated that they had paid plaintiff $3,500.00 to date, denied that they owe plaintiff...
