In proceedings before the State Division of Human Rights it has been determined after investigation, hearing and administrative appeal that the respondent engaged in the various unlawful discriminatory practices charged in violation of subdivision 5 of section 296 of the Executive Law. Respondent took appeals to this court but her attorney has now notified the court that she has abandoned the appeals and will not appear in opposition to these enforcement proceedings.
