We find no merit in petitioner's objection to the decisions of the Water Resources Commission and its determinations are accordingly confirmed. The commission's determinations specifically leave any question of petitioner's rights to recover for damages to her private riparian rights to the courts, and there is no indication that the Village of Ilion is unable to compensate her for any such damages as may be so awarded (Matter of Spring Val.
