This is an appeal from a denial by the trial court of a motion under the Post Conviction Act to vacate and set aside a conviction of first degree murder committed in the course of a robbery. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. The petitioner was tried before a jury on July 12 to 19, 1965. A verdict of guilty was rendered and on July 30, 1965, the petitioner, pursuant to the verdict, was sentenced...
