PER CURIAM:

This appeal is taken from an order of the district court denying the motion of a federal prisoner to vacate sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255. We affirm.

Appellant was convicted upon trial by jury on two counts of violating 26 U.S.C. § 4704(a) and 21 U.S.C. § 174, federal narcotics laws. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of 15 years imprisonment on June 1, 1964. The conviction was affirmed on appeal. Smith v. United States...
