This is an action in tort by Major General Stephen G. Henry, Sr., against Dr. E. Edward McCool, Jr., a physician and surgeon of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and his insurer, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company. The suit is for damages on account of the alleged negligence or malpractice of plaintiff's physician, Dr. E. Edward McCool, Jr., in his alleged failure to take x-rays of plaintiff's injured hand, and otherwise evaluate the extent of the injuries...
