SULLIVAN, J.

Defendant M.A. Randall was charged by an amended information with one count of grand theft. (Pen. Code, § 487.1.)1 After a jury trial he was found guilty as charged and was sentenced to state prison for the term prescribed by law. He appeals from the judgment of conviction.
