The appeal is from a judgment rendered in a condemnation proceeding instituted by the City of San Antonio (hereinafter "City") to acquire a triangular piece of land needed in connection with a drainage improvement. In 1960, City had begun a drainage project known in our record as "Project 56" and had sought, unsuccessfully, to acquire by negotiation the property involved herein.
