Claimant, a security analyst, was employed at a salary of $150 semi-monthly. He last worked on February 20, 1968, at which time he fractured a vertebra, and became unable to work. The employer continued to pay his salary until August 15, 1968. The employer had a disability insurance policy for the benefit of the employees, which entitled claimant to $34.60 per week which he assigned to the employer.
