The appellant does not dispute the findings of fact made by the board as to the essential provisions of the contracts between it and the alleged physicians-employees. The provisions of these contracts are not inconsistent with an employer-employee relationship and the reference therein to the physicians as "contractors" is not binding as to the actual status of the physicians. The appellant's reliance on Matter of Slocum [Corsi] (273 App. Div. 353, 356) is misplaced...
