DYER, Circuit Judge:

This is a suit for deprivation of civil rights brought under 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 and 28 U.S.C.A. § 1343(3) by a former teacher who claimed that his employment at Angelo State College1 was terminated under circumstances which denied him due process and equal protection of the law. The District Court, sitting without a jury, entered an order denying plaintiff-appellant all relief. We affirm.
