PER CURIAM.

On February 4, 1969, the appellant, Charles L. Kellar, a duly licensed attorney authorized to practice law in all courts in the State of Nevada, was cited for contempt1 by the Honorable Thomas J. O'Donnell, District Judge, for his failure to appear, as the attorney of record, at arraignments for his client scheduled on the previous day.
