The majority of the board found that "claimant performed strenuous plastering work on November 10, 1967 while standing on the scaffold and reaching overhead, which was unusual physical exertion more than the ordinary wear and tear of life, and which precipitated the congestive heart failure and constituted an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of employment."
