The board found that on August 19, 1968, while engaged in operating a 60-or 70-pound floor buffing machine, claimant experienced chest pain, and that such arduous effort was more than the ordinary wear and tear of life and caused claimant to suffer a myocardial infarction; that this constituted an accidental injury within the meaning of the law and that the resulting disability was causally related to such accidental injury.
