It also found that said accidents, resulting respectively in a posterior wall myocardial infarction and an acute lateral wall infarction, impaired the circulation of the heart necessitating surgery for revascularization of the heart which resulted in death. Decision filed April 28, 1969 affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board.
