This suit on a $18,200 building contract was brought by the contractor against the owners and their lending institution, Dryades Savings & Loan Association, for the final two payments, totaling $5,460, allegedly due under the contract. The owners answered in the form of a general denial and reconvened against the contractor and its surety, Boston Insurance Company, for damages in the sum of $16,300 to correct alleged deficiencies, liquidated damages...
