Billy Joe Garrett, Sam Irby and Lonnie Garrett were found guilty of robbery in the first degree and since they all had prior felony convictions the court on January 25, 1966, fixed their punishment: Billy Joe at 40 years' imprisonment, Sam 30 years and Lonnie 20 years.
