This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Mayor's Court of New Boston, entered on November 7, 1969, finding the defendant guilty of violation of Ordinance No. 1976 of the city, relating to the regulation of parking on portions of Stanton Avenue and Grace Street.
