Determination of respondent dated September 20, 1967, finding that petitioner had demonstrated unworthiness pursuant to section 441-c of the Real Property Law and suspending petitioner's license as a real estate broker for a period of three months, unanimously modified, on the law and in the exercise of discretion, to the extent of reducing the penalty imposed to a 10 days' suspension of the license, and, as so modified, the determination is otherwise confirmed, without costs...
