Hudson, seeks to recover of the defendant, Maryland Casualty Company, the sum of $10,000.00 with legal interest thereon from judicial demand until paid, together with 12% of principal and interest as penalties and a reasonable attorney's fee suggested at the sum of $2,500.00.
