This appeal arises from an order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana, hereinafter called Commission, in favor of Appellee George B. Lee as Representative of the Railroad Firemen's Union who had filed a complaint with said Commission asserting that the Appellant Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad Company, hereinafter called IHB, was operating its tracks in violation of the Indiana Full Crew Law, Acts 1937, ch. 58, which is found in Burns' Indiana Statutes...
