In our opinion, the trier of the fact at the coram nobis hearing, which resulted in the order dated July 16, 1968, properly found that appellant had failed to establish his claim that his plea of guilty was coerced by any improper reference to the death penalty which might have been incurred by him had he elected to stand trial for murder in the first degree, instead of pleading guilty to a lesser offense.
