Order reversed, on the law and facts, without costs, and motion (1) granted to the extent that the decretal paragraph in said order dated November 18, 1969 which directed payment of taxed costs and disbursements to appellant, Edward Jaworski, is amended by striking therefrom the sum of "$15.50" and substituting therefor the sum of "$375.03" and (2) otherwise denied.
