This matter arises on application of the Conolon Corporation, hereafter the Company, to set aside the Board's order and a cross-application of the Board to enforce the order. The case arises with a background of prior activities by the Company in interfering with the rights of employees. On June 8, 1967, the Board conducted a representation election among production and maintenance employees at the plant of the Company in Santa Ana, California...
