Appellant Leonard L. Downing sued appellees Uniroyal, Inc. and Charles E. Davis for damages for personal injuries and for property damage resulting from a collision of motor vehicles. Downing, driving a pickup truck, had stopped at a street intersection facing a red traffic signal.
