Nicholas Zervoulakos petitioned the Supreme Court, pursuant to section 206 of the Mental Hygiene Law (as amd. by L. 1966, ch. 192), that his son George, then 20 years old, be certified to the custody of the Narcotic Addiction Control Commission.
