This is a slip and fall case. On October 10, 1963, Mrs. Clara E. Scott, while on the premises of J. Weingarten, Inc., as a customer, slipped and fell when she stepped upon a spot where another customer had dropped a bottle of Pine-O-Pine. Suit was filed by her and her husband against J.
