The conviction is for the sale of marihuana; the punishment, five years.

The sufficiency of the evidence is not challenged. The State's testimony reflects that appellant approached Jerry Larson, an undercover narcotics agent, in front of the Vulcan Gas Company, a teenage club in Austin, and asked if he wanted to buy some more marihuana.
