This is a class action on behalf of all members of the National Association of Aeronautical Examiners, employed at seven Naval Air Rework Facilities throughout the United States. Plaintiffs are civilian blue collar workers employed by the Department of the Navy as Aircraft Examiners at the Naval Air Rework Facility in Norfolk, Virginia.
