This is a suit on a promissory note secured by mortgage brought by plaintiff, All State Credit Plan Jefferson, Inc., in the sum of $2,790.47 together with legal interest, fees and costs. Named as defendants are Steve Daniels and his wife Josephine, deceased, and for whom no succession proceedings had been opened at the time of filing the petition nor at the time of trial. An attorney was appointed as curator ad hoc to represent the deceased defendant...
