A trespass to try title suit to a lot or parcel of land. Plaintiffs-Appellees, Eugene D. Batchelor and wife, Opal Batchelor, sued Defendant-Appellant, James C. Crow, for title to a certain tract of land they acquired by Warranty Deed on September 8, 1951, and had continuously used the same until May 4, 1969, and at a time when appellees were not at home, appellant forcibly and fraudulently built a fence across the property in about 8 feet of the house...
