Grounding his demand upon a written contract, or alternately quantum meruit, Joe F. Maberry sued John E. Julian and Julian Enterprises, Inc. jointly and severally to recover a real estate broker's commission. On motion of John E. Julian and Julian Enterprises, Inc., summary judgment was entered in the district court that Maberry take nothing by his suit. The judgment of the trial court is reversed...
