(hereinafter the Company) seeks review of the Trial Examiner's conclusion, and the National Labor Relations Board's adoption thereof, that the Company violated Section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158, for its refusal to rehire one Billy Ray Loper.
