The state contends that neither this court nor the trial court had jurisdiction to reconsider the probation revocation on April 18, 1969, because more than one year had expired from the revocation order of April 5, 1968.1

Without consideration at this point as to whether the trial court had jurisdiction, we conclude that this court has the jurisdiction to review the trial court order of April 18, 1969, under the writ...
