Per Curiam.

The trial court found that the State did not have a sign indicating a sharp curve on Route 6 in the Town of Greenville, Orange County, on August 16, 1966. At this place one Alfred Elkin was driving his car easterly at about 9:50 P.M. in a heavy rainfall and as he attempted to negotiate the curve, his car skidded and he crossed into the westbound lane, thereby colliding with an automobile being driven by the decedent.
