In our society no person has a constitutional right to be an anonym.1 So when he is suspected of or accused of having committed a crime he may be displayed by the State to prospective identifying witnesses. In such circumstance, however, the sixth amendment right to assistance of counsel and the fourteenth amendment guarantee of due process of law...
