On May 31, 1966 the State appropriated, pursuant to section 30 of the Highway Law, a portion of claimants' 260 acre farm in the Town of Morristown, St. Lawrence County, for the purpose of constructing a new highway overlooking the St. Lawrence River between Morristown and Alexandria Bay.
