David Andrew Erho, age 19, was charged, tried and convicted by a jury of the crime of robbery. He appeals from that conviction.

On January 5, 1967, at about 8:30 or 9 p.m., two men, wearing dark glasses, entered the Crown Grocery, a small store located on Roosevelt Way, N.E., in Seattle, Washington.
