Judgments modified, on the law and the facts, by deleting the convictions of common-law larceny, attempted common-law larceny and corrupt influencing, and dismissing the counts of the indictment therefor (Nos. 6, 7, 14, 15, 16 and 19). As so modified, judgments affirmed.
