Appellants were prosecuted under Count I of a 4-count indictment, were tried, found guilty, and have appealed from the judgments of conviction entered upon the jury verdicts. Count I charged that the appellants did on or about November 20, 1968, by force, violence and intimidation take $55,000, more or less, belonging to the First State Bank of St. Charles, Missouri, the deposits of which were then insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation...
