Judgment affirmed, without costs. (See memorandum in McKay v. Stewart, 35 A.D.2d 556.) Furthermore, we note that it is uncontradicted that the six trustees of this vacation plan, three of whom have been designated by the employers and three of whom have been designated by the union, have been adequately bonded.

No claim has been made of any delinquency on their part since the plan...
