In our opinion, the fact-finding hearing on the question of petitioner's alleged delinquency has not been terminated. Thus, the facts do not support petitioner's contention that further proceedings are barred by the prohibition against double jeopardy. We do not reach the question of whether the double jeopardy protection is applicable to juvenile delinquency proceedings...
