Judgment of conviction unanimously modified, on the law and on the facts and in the exercise of discretion, by reducing the sentence to an indeterminate term of from 20 years to life and, as so modified, affirmed.

While justification may at the time have existed for the imposition of a substantial sentence, nevertheless, in view of the defendant's youth at the time of the deed, the fact he was not himself the actual slayer, yet has already spent 15 years in prison...
